When it comes to HVAC providers, I could not think of a worse company than the one that is located in my hometown. My HVAC provider cannot seem to do anything right. From the phone service they provide to the actual technicians they send out to try to fix real problems, nothing seems to get done correctly. I had a problem with my air conditioning this past summer, and I was unable to fix it myself. I tried, actually, to solve the issue myself so that I wouldn’t have to call in this HVAC provider, because I knew that they would not do a good job and would most likely break the air conditioning even further than it was. Well, I couldn’t do anything for the system, so I called my HVAC provider, and what do you know, I got a machine instead of a real person to talk to. The HVAC provider’s computerized voice directed me around a phone tree for the better part of an hour before I actually reached someone that could help me. When I actually got to talking to this customer service rep at the heating and cooling company, the person was so slow when it came to extracting information from me that I actually considered just hanging up the phone several times! I was finally able to get the person to understand my problem, and they were able to send an HVAC technician out to my home to see if they could fix my air conditioning. When the man finally showed up, it was two and a half weeks later. Thankfully, he was able to fix my air conditioning, but if he hadn’t, there would have been hell to pay!
