The band needed cooling

I have been playing in a rock band for over three years. We play at plenty of local shows, and on the occasion, we travel to other places in the area. We practice every single Sunday making sure that we are able to keep our skills up to par and are confident in playing live in front of a great deal of people. I think we have a very good sound for that reason. I always look forward to our practices except for them taking place in my hot garage. There’s no air conditioning unit in there, so we easily get overheated on the warmer days. I have tried to make things better by putting a portable air conditioner in there, but it’s not big enough to cool the whole space. We all get frustrated whenever we get overheated and tired, and we usually end up quitting sooner than we planned. I really wish I had a spare bedroom for us to practice in so that we could soak up the cool air from the A/C unit, but I don’t have any extra space available. My other bandmates have apartment complexes, so we definitely can’t practice in their dwellings. If we stay together and keep playing for a long time, I would really like to rent a space somewhere that we could use for future practices. I do believe an old warehouse would be the best place for us. As long as we have access to an HVAC system within the place, I could deal with anyplace. I really enjoy playing live music in general, and I hope that it is always something that I will continue to do. I think my bandmates have the same thing in mind. We just need an air conditioned space to rehearse!
