My roommate disagrees on thermostat

I don’t think I can ever live with my girlfriend Janet. She wants to be together all of the time. She constantly is begging to hang out. She needs far too much attention from me.  I like to have some alone time. Plus, we both have a heating and cooling issue.  Janet gets too hot very easily. Her body temperature must run a few degrees hotter than the average girl. She always opens the car windows while turning on the air conditioning. She runs her central air conditioning on high at her apartment. I literally shiver everytime I go over there. I wear Winter sweaters just to watch a movie at her place. The air conditioning is always blasting.  I am the complete opposite. I prefer to be toasty warm. I usually  have my gas oil furnace running at all times. In the Spring and early summer season I sometimes run my heating system. I would rather remove layers than put more clothes on. I know that using the heating system excessively costs a lot, but I do not enjoy feeling cold. I always start my car about twenty minutes early. I do not want to get into a chilly vehicle. I do not even own any type of air conditioning. How can Janet and I  ever live together successfully? Will she get stuck feeling sweaty and overheated or will I be chilly all of the time? There is something called HVAC zone control technology that would let us heat or cool rooms in the house to independent  temperatures. We could invest in that type of HVAC equipment. But we could not share the same room then. It seems that living together is not possible.
