Making home air quality good

It is finally springtime! I love the spring season, but to be honest, my allergies make it difficult for me to truly enjoy the wonderful things that springtime has to offer. I often find myself walking around in an allergic haze due to all of the pollen in the air. The temperatures are warming up outside, and all I want to do is take a walk or a jog out in the springtime air, but I know that if I do, I will face the consequences. I have allergy-induced asthma, so if I so much as take a long hike up and down the road, I will have trouble breathing. When I went to the doctor to ask about some sort of medication that might ease my symptoms, I was surprised to be given a rather unusual prescription. My doctor suggested that I install an air purification system into my home, in addition to taking my inhaler. She thought that the air quality in my home might be making my symptoms worse. She told me that an air purification system to supplement the HVAC already installed in my home would help lessen the amount of pollen in the air inside. Although I was surprised that she recommended the air purification system, I did contact my local heating and cooling company to ask about the product and various prices. I spoke with a very knowledgeable HVAC technician who was able to help find me a great air purification system for my budget and home. Perhaps now I will finally be able to enjoy springtime the way I want to!
