I was finally able to get the person to understand my problem, in addition to they were able to go ahead and send an Heating in addition to Air Conditioning worker out to my house to see if they could finally repair my air conditioner. When the person finally showed up, it was two and a half fully weeks later. Thankfully, he was able to repair my air conditioner, but if he hadn’t, there would most likely have been hell to pay!
