My first car was a sporty red car. It looked great. Everybody was jealous plus none of our friends could beat myself and others when the two of us raced on the back country roads. Other than speed plus visual flare, it was legitimately a super plain car. There were no power windows. The crank for the driver side window was so stiff that it would consistently provide myself and others an terrible cramp by the time it was half way down. The locks were simple manual locks as well. You had to push down the button on every door individually to lock up. So all in all it was not a convenient car. Also, that pressing engine was not the best on gas. The lack of temperature control was the biggest issue for me. My parents paid for the gas, but they couldn’t make A/C happen no matter how much money they threw at it. I know a current Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system could have been installed but that would have just been excessive. I knew that heating plus cooling had to be a feature of our next car. I did not like anything else. Correspondingly, temperature control was the top priority when I went car shopping. The car I ended up buying had an cooling system that would have been suitable for a luxury jumbo jet. I fell in like instantly. The Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system was also aided by the fact that this truck was colorless, so the sun didn’t counteract the air conditioning always. To this day, I can’t imagine ever driving a car again that is without correct temperature control.
